Purpose of the Scholarship
This Scholarship was established to support those Sasarsdam High school students who wish to enroll in university by providing a subsidy to help cover the necessary tuition fees and living expenses. This Scholarship helps students to access educational opportunities while having a stable environment in which they may focus on their studies. We expect Scholarship students to make great contributions in both Cambodia and Japan in the future.

  1. Amount $100 per month
  2. Tenure Four years, from admission to graduation
  3. Number of recipients Up to five students per year
Payment
The Scholarship shall be transferred directly to the University’s bank account. Said transfer will be made in October (Oct. to Mar. period) and April (Apr. to Sep. period) basically.
Eligibility
  1. Applicants should be Sasarsdam High School students who wish to enroll in university.
  2. Applicants should be younger than 20 on April 1st of the enrollment year.
  3. Applicants should be able to undertake an annual interview in simple Japanese, by which their situation will be monitored.
  4. Applicants should be students of Sasarsdam High school at the time of application. Those students who have temporarily left the school, or who are repeating a year, are not eligible.
  5. Applicants should have outstanding academic results.
  6. Applicants should not have their own financial means of continuing their studies.
  7. Applicants should be healthy, both physically and mentally.
  8. Applicants should be able to secure a guarantor.
  9. Applicants should participate in global bridge’s business plan for four years after graduation from University.
How to apply
Applicants should submit all the required documents (four items listed below) to either the school principal or your class teacher. You may download the application form from “http://jihoren.org/scholarship/”. (Homepage → Scholarship → Recommendation Letter and Family’s Financial Circumstances Report.)
Required Document
  • An essay describing your goal, and your plans after you have achieved that goal (up to 4000 words).
  • Recommendation letter from your principal and confirmation note from your class teacher.
  • Family’s financial circumstances report.
  • Academic transcript from Sasarsdam High School.
Application Period
The application period shall be from Sunday, April 1 to Friday, August 31, 2018
Selection Process
The selection process shall be conducted based on document screening and an interview conducted through an interpreter. Only those applicants who clear the document-screening step will be asked to proceed to the interview stage. Recipients will be notified at the beginning of September. We do not disclose any information other than the name of the recipients.
Receipt of Multiple Scholarships
Applicants are permitted to receive this Scholarship in combination with others that may be awarded.
Revocation of Scholarship
The Scholarship shall be revoked in the event of any of the following circumstances. The recipients may be ordered to return the Scholarship payment (either in whole or in part).
  1. The Scholarship student takes a temporary leave of absence from the university(except in unavoidable circumstances such as sickness or when studying abroad).
  2. The Scholarship student leaves or graduates from the university.
  3. The Scholarship student perpetrates a crime incurring punishment, either by the university or the authorities.
  4. A false statement is revealed in the application document.
  5. The Scholarship student fails to attend an annual interview.
  6. The Scholarship student requests revocation of the Scholarship.
  7. In addition to items 1 to 5, any other reason that would make the student an unsuitable recipient of the Scholarship.
Changes and Updates
In the event of any change to their registered information, applicants shall update their information immediately.

១. គោលបំណងនៃអាហារូបករណ៍
អាហារូបករណ៍នេះ មានគោលបំណងបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍រវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងប្រទេសជប៉ុន ដោយផ្ដល់នូវថ្លៃសិក្សា និងការចំណាយក្នុងការរស់នៅមួយចំនួន ឲ្យសិស្សវិទ្យាល័យដែលមានគោលបំណងចូលរៀននៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ឲ្យមាន​​មូលដ្ឋាន​រឹង​មាំ​ដោយផ្ដោតអារម្មណ៍ទៅលើតែការសិក្សា និងភាពងាយស្រួលក្នុងការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងសិក្សាប៉ុណ្ណោះ​។
២. ប្រភេទអាហារូបករណ៍
ដោយសារតែជាអាហារូបករណ៍ឥត​សំណង ដូច្នេះមិនចាំបាច់់សងប្រាក់នោះ​ទេ។
៣. ខ្លឹមសារនៃការផ្ដល់ប្រាក់
ចំនួនទឹកប្រាក់ដែលត្រូវ​ផ្ដល់ក្នុងមួយខែ $១០០/ខែ ($១២០០/ឆ្នាំ)
រយៈពេលនៃការផ្ដល់ជូន​មាន​រយៈពេល៤ឆ្នាំ ចាប់ពីការផ្ដល់​ប្រាក់​ជាលើ​ក​ដំបូងរហូតដល់ការបញ្ចប់សិក្សា
ចំនួនអ្នកទទួល អតិបរមា៥នាក់
៤. វិធីសាស្ត្រផ្ដល់
ផ្ទេរប្រាក់ទៅក្នុងគណនីរបស់សាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ដែលសាមីខ្លួនចូលរៀន។ ជាគោលការណ៍ ផ្ទេរប្រាក់ចំនួន២ដងក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំ នៅខែតុលា (សម្រាប់ខែតុលា រហូតដល់ខែមីនាឆ្នាំបន្ទាប់) និងខែមេសា(ខែមេសា រហូតដល់ខែតុលា)។
៥. លក្ខណសម្បត្តិនៃការដាក់ពាក្យសុំ
អ្នកដែលអាចដាក់ពាក្យសុំបាន គឺអ្នកដែលបំពេញ​តាម​លក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងអស់ ដូចជា៖
  1. អ្នកដែលមានបំណងបន្តការសិក្សាពីថ្នាក់​វិទ្យាល័យ​​​ទៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ
  2. អ្នកដែលមិនទាន់ដល់​អាយុ២០ឆ្នាំពេញ គិត​ត្រឹម​ថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមេសា នៃឆ្នាំទទួលពាក្យសុំ​
  3. អ្នកដែលអាចបញ្ជាក់ពីស្ថានភាពបាន តាមការសម្ភាសជាភាសាជប៉ុនងាយៗក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំម្ដង
  4. អ្នកដែលកំពុងរៀននៅ​វិទ្យាល័យខាងលើគិត​ត្រឹម​ពេលដាក់ពាក្យសុំ​ និង​មិនបាន​ភ្ជួរការសិក្សា ឬរៀនធ្លាក់
  5. អ្នកដែលទទួល​បាននិទ្ទេសខ្ពស់ក្នុងការសិក្សា
  6. អ្នកដែលត្រូវការជំនួយហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ​​ជាពិសេស ដើម្បីបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា
  7. អ្នកដែលមានសុខភាពល្អទាំងផ្លូវកាយ និងផ្លូវចិត្ត
  8. អ្នកដែលមានអ្នក​​​​​ធានាត្រឹមត្រូវ​
  9. អ្នកដែលអាចចូលរួមក្នុងគម្រោង​អាជីវកម្មរបស់ global bridge ប្រហែលរយៈពេល៤ឆ្នាំ
៦​​. បែបបទដាក់ពាក្យ
សូមទាញយកឯកសារពាក់ព័ន្ធនៃការដាក់ពាក្យអាហារូបករណ៍នេះ ពីគេហទំព័រ​ ​​“ ” (ទំព័រដើម→អាហារូបករណ៍→លិខិតអនុសាសន៍អាហារូបករណ៍ និងរបាយការណ៍ពីស្ថានភាព​​គ្រួសារ) និង​បំពេញព័ត៌មានចាំបាច់ បន្ទាប់មកប្រគល់ជូននាយកសាលា ឬក៏គ្រូប្រចាំថ្នាក់។

  2. លិខិតអនុសាសន៍អាហារូបករណ៍(លិខិតអនុសាសន៍ចេញពីនាយកសាលា និងលិខិតបញ្ជាក់ចេញដោយគ្រូប្រចាំថ្នាក់)
  3. របាយការណ៍​ស្ថានភាព​ក្នុងគ្រួសារ (អ្នកដែលស្នើសុំលើកលែងថ្លៃសិក្សាឆមាសទីមួយឆ្នាំ២០១៦ (​Heisei ២៨) មិនត្រូវការប្រគល់ទេ)
  4. ឯកសារដើម្បីបញ្ជាក់ពីនិទ្ទេសក្នុងវិទ្យាល័យមូលដ្ឋាន

៩. ការ​ជ្រើសរើស
​ជ្រើសរើសយកពីក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកដែលបានទទួលបាន​ការ​ណែនាំ​ពីវិទ្យាល័យមូលដ្ឋាន​​​ដោយ​​​ពិចារណាលើឯកសារនានា​ ដើម្បីរកអ្នកដែលបំពេញ​បាន​តាម​គោលបំណងនៃ​អាហារូបករណ៍​នេះ បន្ទាប់មកធ្វើការសម្ភាសដោយមានអ្នកបកប្រែមកជាមួយអ្នកដែលបានជាប់ពីការត្រួតពិនិត្យ​​លើឯកសារនោះ។ តាមការ​គ្រោង​ទុក​​ នឹងមាន​ការ​ផ្ដល់ដំណឹងពីការសម្រេចជ្រើសរើស​នេះ​​នៅដើមខែកញ្ញា។ ម្យ៉ាងវិញទៀត ទាក់ទងនឹងលទ្ធផលក្នុងការជ្រើសរើសនេះ​ នឹង​មិនផ្សាយ​ព័ត៌មាន​ផ្សេង​ក្រៅ​ពី​អ្នកដែល​បានជាប់នោះ​ទេ។
១០. ផ្ដល់ជារួមអាហារូបករណ៍ផ្សេងទៀត
ចំពោះអាហារូបករណ៍បែបកម្ចីក្ដី អាហារូបករណ៍ឥត​សំណងក្ដី ទទួលស្គាល់ដោយអាច​ផ្ដល់រួមគ្នាបាន។
១១. ការបញ្ឈប់នៃការផ្ដល់ជំនួយ​
ប្រសិនបើមានករណីដូចខាងក្រោមកើត​មានឡើង​ នោះ​នឹងនាំ​ឲ្យ​មាន​ការ​បញ្ឈប់ការផ្ដល់អាហារូបករណ៍នេះ​។ ម្យ៉ាងវិញទៀត ក្នុងករណីនៃ​ការ​បញ្ឈប់ការផ្ដល់អាហារូបករណ៍​នេះ​អាចតម្រូវ​ឲ្យ​មាន​សំណ​ងអាហារូបករណ៍មួយចំនួន ឬស្រុង​ដែលបានផ្ដល់កន្លងមក។
  1. ក្នុងករណីភ្ជួរការ​សិក្សា (លើកលែងតែក្នុងករណីដែលមិនអាចជៀសវៀងបាន ដូចជាទៅរៀនបរទេស ឬ​មាន​ជំងឺជាដើម)
  2. ក្នុងករណីឈប់ពីការសិក្សា ឬបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា​
  3. នៅពេលធ្វើអំពើមិនគប្បី ឬក៏ខុសច្បាប់ និង​ទទួលពិន័យ ឬការដាក់ទោសដោយនគរបាល
  4. នៅពេលមានព័ត៌មានក្លែងបន្លំក្នុងឯកសារដាក់ពាក្យសុំ
  5. នៅពេលខកខានមិនត្រូវបានធ្វើការសម្ភាសប្រចាំឆ្នាំ
  6. នៅពេលមានការស្នើសុំ​ឈប់ទទួលអាហារូបករណ៍
  7. ក្រៅពី១~៥ នៅពេលអាចទទួលស្គាល់បានថា មិនត្រឹមត្រូវសម្រាប់ផ្ដល់អាហារូបករណ៍
១២. ផ្សេងៗ
ក្នុងករណីដែលភ្ជួរការសិក្សា ឈប់ពីការសិក្សា រៀនធ្លាក់ ឬ ផ្លាស់ប្ដូរភាពជានិស្សិត​ជាដើម ឬ​ក៏ក្នុងករណីមានការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរព័ត៌មានដែលបានសរសេរចូលនៅក្នុងឯកសារដែលបានតម្គល់​​ទុករួចកន្លងមក មានដូចជាការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរអាសយដ្ឋាន ឬក៏ការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរអ្នកធានារួមជាដើម ក្នុងរាល់ករណីទាំងនោះ ត្រូវរាយការណ៍។
